Festivals From India is hiring on behalf of their client Ashvita's Fine Art & Collectibles a skilled Production & Project Manager to lead the planning, design, and execution of world-class exhibitions, museum-style displays, and special art projects. The role calls for someone with a strong background in exhibition production, museum setups, or interior/architectural project management, with proven expertise in turning creative curatorial concepts into seamless, large-scale executions.
The candidate will act as a bridge between curators, designers, vendors, and the operations team -- ensuring that every project reflects Ashvita's commitment to quality, precision, and innovation.

Established in 2002, by Ashvin E. Rajagopalan, Ashvita's is a diversified art business specialising in Indian Art and collectibles. Headquartered in Chennai, Ashvita's conducts museum-quality exhibitions and operates ashvitas.com, a premier online auction house. Ashvita's provides a vast range of art services that include private acquisitions and sales, wealth management, valuation, conservation, archival services, display and art logistics. Please note: * The vetting process for this role comprises 2-3 rounds of interviews and may be followed by a brief assignment.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of professional experience in exhibition production, museum setups, interior design, or large-scale event/project management.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and design/production software.

• Strong understanding of architectural drawings, lighting, and spatial planning.

• Demonstrated ability to manage complex budgets, schedules, and stakeholders.

• Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Based in Chennai; ability to travel for art fairs and projects when required.
