- Attending to Phone Calls and Taking Client inquiries and requirements- Updating orders on system and updating customers of availability and lead time of supply- Informing clients of latest offers and schemes- Sending quotations and PIs - Processing orders into invoices. - Coordination between warehouse and Sales team- Should be able to use computers and should be fluent with excel and word- Good communication skills,- Having experience of working in a customer service job would be having an advantage- Freshers also could apply- Should be fluent in Hindi And English (ref:updazz.com)
