As a Sales Planning Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the development of monthly sales, stock, and production plans, as well as performing critical market analysis and reporting. You'll gain hands-on experience with industry-standard tools and contribute to key decision-making processes that drive business performance.


The key responsibilities will be Vehicle Order Management, Sales & Production Planning & Process improvement.



Qualification:



Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical or similar) MBA (Marketing/Analytics) or any other post graduate degree / Certification is an added advantage Microsoft Office, especially Excel & PowerPoint ,

Data Visualization tools such as Qlikview, Qliksense, &Tableau
Kinaxis Rapid Response / Any SCM Tool Knowledge of latest data Automation Tools - Alteryx, RPA, VBA Macro Strong leadership, communication, & presentation skills , Confident, motivated, and able to work independently Proven ability to work effectively in highly cross-functional teams

Work Experience:



Minimum 4 years work experience preferably in Automobile Industry/ Sales / Sales Planning / Sales Operations / Sales Reporting



Functional Skills



Microsoft Office, especially Excel & PowerPoint ,

Data Visualization tools such as Qlikview, Qliksense, &Tableau
Kinaxis Rapid Response / Any SCM Tool Knowledge of latest data Automation Tools - Alteryx, RPA, VBA Macro

Behavioural Skills



Strong leadership, communication, & presentation skills , Confident, motivated, and able to work independently Proven ability to work effectively in highly cross-functional teams

Manage to develop the monthly Sales, Stock, & Production programs (plans) for key international markets Vehicle order to delivery management for assigned markets Monitor & Proactively follow-up with concerned teams for resolution of Logistics/Finance/Production Scheduling/Allocation issues Lead Sales planning process improvements by leveraging technology Help optimize each market's Sales Stock & Production plan taking into account manufacturing capacities and supply constraints * Support to carry-out ad-hoc analysis & Reports as required
