The Area Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market reach, and managing customer relationships within the assigned territory. The role involves achieving sales targets, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and service.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Identify and onboard new customers within the assigned area.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
Conduct regular market visits to analyze competitor activities and market trends.
Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Present product features, benefits, and pricing to potential customers.
Negotiate and close sales deals in alignment with company policies.
Maintain sales reports, customer data, and activity records.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.
Ensure timely collection of payments from customers.
Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and trade fairs as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
1-3 years of experience in Sales (FMCG,OR Personal care preferred).
