We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist


In this role, you will:

The role is an individual contributor role with no people manager responsibility at current stage. Requires participation in Technical Design, Implementation, Automation and Maintenance of in house developed low latency high performing application for custody service. Person would be liaising with product team, BAs and developers for clarity on stories, acceptance criteria and testing scope. Work with different stakeholders from different locations ensuring delivery is at focus. Take ownership within the pod to manage and meet the production support targets for the application. Active participation and contribution in discussions for design and process improvements.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

10+ years of experience in i-series project development i.e. AS400 (RPG/400, CL/400, RPGLE, CLLE, OS400, DB2/400, SQLRPG) RTC, RDi, ARCAD knowledge is a must. Experience on DevOps environment & Agile methodologies is required. Strong working experience with DevOps tools like GIT, Jenkins / G3 /HiDO, Ansible, GITHUB, JIRA, Confluence etc. is a must. Exposure to iSeries infra and evergreening would be an added advantage. Experience in designing, enhancements and development, integration testing, quality assurance, application maintenance, production support. Good understanding of business Functionality, designing of Technical Documentation, Document of understanding and Delivery document. Proven track record of managing production services. Strong analytical, interpersonal and problem-solving skills. An adaptable team player, able to work under pressure in a dynamic working environment Strong communication skills to handle people of different levels and functions, locally and overseas. The role needs wide level interaction with multiple parties. Experience of working with global teams would be a must. Good troubleshooting skills with keen interest in continuous service improvement. Good command over written and spoken English Self-motivated with a proactive and outgoing personality.

Additional Skills

Custody knowledge involving detail knowledge on trade and corporate action processing is desirable but not mandatory. Candidate with additional skills like Java, Python or GCP etc. will be given preference.
