Responsibilities

Develop and maintain software applications using AS400/COBOL CLLE DB2/400 and CLP to support business operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for Property & Casualty Insurance solutions. Ensure software quality through rigorous testing and debugging processes to deliver reliable applications. Optimize existing systems to improve performance and efficiency aligning with business goals. Document software designs and processes to ensure clarity and facilitate future maintenance. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve software-related issues promptly. Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
