Strong experience managing

AS400/iSeries environments

, with proficiency in

RPG and CL programming

. Skilled in

job scheduling

(Robot Scheduling),

AS400 Queries

SQL

, and

FTP processes

. In-depth knowledge of

MacPac ERP

, iSeries servers, and

manufacturing processes

. Hands-on experience with

third-party tools

such as Robot, Faxstar, Implementer, and Gumbo//'s Report Manager. Ability to support and manage

interfaces with CPQ/Configurator, payroll/GL systems, and supply chain systems

. Exposure to

EDI transactions

and

financial processing

(month-end/year-end). Flexibility to provide

on-call and off-hours support

as required.

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain the

AS400 environment

including financial and manufacturing job scheduling. Develop, enhance, and maintain

RPG and CL programs

. Create and execute

AS400 Queries

, SQL, and FTP operations. Act as a

Subject Matter Expert

(SME) for

MacPac ERP

and AS400/iSeries servers. Apply manufacturing process expertise to optimize AS400 and MacPac usage. Administer and support

third-party software

: Robot, ACOMM, Faxstar, Implementer, Gumbo//'s Report Manager. Manage and support

interfaces

across CPQ/Configurator, payroll/GL, and supply chain systems. Perform and support

EDI transactions

. Handle

financial month-end and year-end processing

. Ensure

day-to-day IT operations

run smoothly while supporting critical incidents. Identify opportunities to

optimize systems and processes

to improve business efficiency. Facilitate and mentor peers, providing

guidance and technical expertise

. Build and maintain strong business and IT stakeholder relationships through

effective communication and prioritization
