Key Performance Area:

Lead new product development projects from concept initiation to market release, overseeing milestones and overall project performance Conduct feasibility studies, perform risk assessments, and manage project budgets Collaborate closely with manufacturing, quality assurance, marketing, and other engineering teams Work with R&D, manufacturing, marketing, and sales teams to align product requirements and objectives Oversee prototype development, testing, and validation to ensure product viability Support manufacturing teams during the product development phase and resolve any engineering issues that arise Strong understanding of aerospace component design, manufacturing processes, and material science Demonstrate innovative thinking and strong problem-solving abilities
