Role: Manager- Category

The position involves utilizing knowledge of both internal and external factors to enhance sales and expand the outreach of categories. This includes accurately forecasting, closely monitoring, comprehensively understanding, and reporting on the performance of the category. Additionally, the role necessitates driving strategic projects and promotions to successfully attain business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Take charge of achieving profit and loss (P&L) objectives by supervising top-line revenue targets while adhering to the allocated investment budget.

- Formulate, execute, oversee, and report on strategies aimed at improving site metrics, including conversion rates and other significant performance indicators (KPIs).

- Engage in budget negotiations, establish goals, monitor progress, and deliver comprehensive performance reports.

- Foster an enhanced customer experience and elevate retention rates through the development and implementation of efficient processes and procedures.

- Drive banner revenue growth through expanding mailing lists, implementing segmentation strategies, and optimizing operational efficiency.

- Utilize web analytics to examine user experiences across multiple channels and touchpoints, identifying opportunities for potential improvements.
