We are looking for a skilled AR/VR Developer to build immersive Virtual Reality training modules for warehouse operations such as inbound, put-away, picking, packing, dispatch, red-tag process, and safety training. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Unity 3D or Unreal Engine, 3D environment creation, and interactive workflow simulation.

Key Responsibilities

Develop VR training modules for warehouse SOPs (Unloading, Put-away, Quality Inspection, Picking, Packing, Dispatch & Safety).

Create realistic 3D warehouse environments, assets, and animations.

Implement interactions using VR headsets (Meta Quest / HTC Vive / Apple Vision Pro preferred).

Integrate instruction flows, assessments, user tracking, and analytics.

Optimize performance for standalone VR devices.

Collaborate with SMEs to convert SOPs/WIs into interactive VR training steps.

Required Skills

Unity / Unreal Engine (latest versions).

VR development for Meta Quest 3/Pro or equivalent.

3D modeling basics (Blender/Maya) & asset optimization.

Strong understanding of UI/UX for VR interactions.

Experience with C# or Blueprint scripting.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
