About Arula for Autism
Arula for Autism is a pioneering parent-training-based therapeutic initiative dedicated to making high-quality autism care accessible, practical, and emotionally resonant. Founded by Ms. Mayuri Ramdasi--a globally renowned Speech & Language Therapist, Autism Consultant, and proud autism mom--Arula is more than a therapy program. It's a movement to empower mothers to become their child's own best therapist through a research-backed, emotionally intelligent, and structured approach that nurtures parent-child bonding and developmental outcomes.
Our unique Arula Approach demystifies clinical complexities and focuses on training parents--especially mothers--via an intuitive, guided process, transforming families into primary agents of meaningful change.
As an Arula Care Therapist, you will play a critical role in managing, mentoring, and guiding a cohort of 75-80 Arula Super Parents. You will serve as their first point of therapeutic contact, monitor their progress, support their understanding of the Arula methodology, and co-create developmental pathways for their children in line with Arula's philosophy.
You will be closely mentored by Ms. Mayuri Ramdasi and receive ongoing training in the Arula Approach, becoming a pillar in delivering parent-driven care that is powerful, sustainable, and scalable.
Key Responsibilities
Cohort Management:
1. Manage and support a dedicated group of 75-80 parent participants (Super Parents).
2. Maintain consistent, structured communication with the cohort through calls, chats, and video sessions as needed.
3. Parent Training & Monitoring:

5. Guide parents in setting short- and long-term developmental goals for their children under Arula's framework and Ms. Ramdasi's guidance.
6. Conduct monthly progress evaluations and maintain detailed records through Achievement Reports.
7. Perform daily activity reviews for each child's home-based intervention with a critical and empathetic lens.
Clinical Documentation & Research:
1. Create, maintain, and compile comprehensive case studies from your cohort, tracking each child's developmental journey.
2. Contribute to the creation and refinement of therapeutic modules, resources, and tools.
3. Support Arula's R&D initiatives by documenting intervention trends, parent feedback, and therapeutic outcomes.
4. Content Creation & Brand Outreach:
5. Collaborate with the team to help create structured, digestible, and engaging content based on parent success stories, data insights, or therapeutic concepts.
6. Participate in marketing and outreach efforts, offering clinical input for communication campaigns.
Training & Mentorship:
1. Receive regular mentorship and performance feedback directly from Ms. Mayuri Ramdasi.
2. Attend all mandatory internal training sessions to continuously improve your clinical knowledge, cohort engagement skills, and alignment with Arula's mission.
