Introduction to the role:

Join our dynamic External Supply & Manufacturing (ESM) team within Global Operations as an Artwork Coordinator. You\'ll be a key player in both establishing supply of new products and ensuring the continuing supply of existing products, interacting daily with suppliers, customers, and other ESM roles. This role involves the conventional activities associated with implementing artwork change on packaging components in accordance with GMP and market regulatory requirements, but with the added complexity of working with 3rd party suppliers.

Accountabilities:

As an Artwork Coordinator, you\'ll be responsible for managing artwork projects with Marketing Companies, graphic design studios, internal functions within AstraZeneca and Contract Manufacturers. You\'ll act as the primary point of contact for suppliers and customers regarding artwork changes and will be confident in risk management. You\'ll also agree and embed processes and ways of working with new suppliers in the AstraZeneca artwork management system ensuring full compliance with labelling business processes and SOPs.

Essential Skills/Experience:

• Experience and understanding of pharmaceutical packaging artwork/labelling management
• Experience of working with regulatory and GMP requirements
• Business process management and process improvement
• Experience of Lean and good problem-solving ability
• Experience of working in a GMP change management system
• Strong and clear communication skills
• Proactive approach
• Fluency in English
• Candidates must be willing to work hours aligned to European time zone

Desirable Skills/Experience:

• A degree (or equivalent qualification) in business, supply chain, engineering or any scientific discipline is preferred, equivalent experience will be considered
• Experience and knowledge of change management
• Experience of working in SharePoint
