Job Description


Who are we looking for?We are seeking a creative and analytical YouTube Manager to lead our YouTube channel strategy. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of YouTube's platform, trends, and analytics. They will be responsible for managing and growing our YouTube presence, creating compelling content, and engaging with our community.Responsibilities: - Manage all the digital assets from publishing to media planning to optimization and performance analysis.- Publishing Video & Shorts, and optimizing videos for search and discovery on YouTube- Monitoring and enforcing the channel's community guidelines and policies - Analyzing data and metrics to track the channel's performance and identify areas for improvement- Active management of performance marketing campaigns to ensure good ROI. - Overseeing and tracking digital activities weekly, monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly.- Collaborating with other creators and influencers to create cross-promotion and collaboration opportunities- Developing and implementing a content strategy (for all assets) and calendar for the channel- Working with the team to develop and implement long-term growth strategies for the YT channel- Reviewing and responding to comments on the channel's videos - Ensure all the digital projects are in line with a performance goal. - Monitoring and reporting usage statistics and other relevant data. - Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).Qualifications: - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets with a YT Marketing - Passionate about Music & Understanding of music business & trends. - Experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM) specifically Google ads. - Proficiency in creating insightful reports on live campaigns - In-depth understanding of Google Analytics - Ability to plan and execute marketing activities with timelines. - Good understanding of SEM/SEO. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - At least 3 years of digital marketing experience. - Should have hands-on experience in running campaigns, PPC ads, Display Ads, and Video Ads.- Solid attention to detail, with ability to problem-solve and multitask (ref:updazz.com)
