Job Description

We are looking for a proactive

Artist Sales & Management Executive

who can handle client calls, understand requirements, pitch suitable artists within the client's budget, and manage end-to-end coordination for live shows and events.

Key Responsibilities



Handle incoming and outgoing calls with clients Understand client requirements and budgets Pitch artists (singers, DJs, performers, celebrities) accordingly Close deals and coordinate bookings Visit event venues for stage setup and artist coordination Coordinate with vendors, sound, light, and production teams Manage end-to-end communication between clients, artists, and internal teams Ensure smooth execution on event days

Requirements



1-3 years of experience in sales, events, or artist management Strong communication and negotiation skills Confident in client interaction and closing deals Willing to travel for event and venue visits Comfortable working on weekends and event days communication Skill required
