Mystic Palette is a creative art studio where people of all ages come together to explore painting, pottery, crafts, and unique DIY experiences. We're looking for passionate and versatile artists to join our team and inspire creativity in a fun, engaging, and collaborative environment.
Job Responsibilities
Conduct engaging art workshops for kids, teens, and adults (painting, crafts, and DIY sessions).
Guide participants step-by-step while encouraging creative freedom.
Create sample artworks for upcoming workshops and events.
Assist in planning and designing new art-based experiences (paint & sip, resin art, decoupage, etc.).
Ensure studio materials are prepared, maintained, and used responsibly.
Contribute to team-building, corporate events, and community art programs.
Requirements
Strong background in one or more art forms (painting, craft, resin, decoupage, pottery, or similar).
Ability to teach and engage participants of different age groups in a friendly and patient manner.
Creativity, passion, and willingness to experiment with multiple mediums.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Prior teaching or workshop experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
