Identify, source, and curate a diverse database of artists and talent relevant to creative, entertainment, and wedding projects.
Maintain and regularly update talent profiles, availability, performance history, and commercials.
Discuss commercials, scope of work, and engagement terms with talents and their representatives.
Manage ongoing talent relationships to ensure long-term collaboration and reliability.
Talent Management
Act as the primary point of contact for talents across projects.
Coordinate talent availability, requirements, and expectations from pre-production to execution.
Ensure smooth communication between talents, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
On-Ground Execution
Work closely with the show director and production team to ensure seamless execution of shows and events.
Lead rehearsals, content run-throughs, and coordinate artist movements and logistics on event days.
Be present on-site to ensure creative integrity, adherence to the visual plan, and smooth on-ground implementation.
Client Servicing & Presentations
Manage existing clients and service them post-pitch with professionalism and consistency.
Create and deliver client presentations for pitches, concepts, and event proposals.
Pitch creative concepts to clients and internal stakeholders effectively.
Participate in pre-event client meetings, venue recces, and creative walkthroughs.
Translate client briefs into executable, immersive, and engaging event experiences.
Creative Ideation & Conceptualisation
Develop unique and innovative stage and event concepts aligned with brand narratives, event objectives, or personal milestones.
Brainstorm creative treatments for live acts, stage presentations, and themed experiences.
Create mood boards, visual references, and detailed concept notes for internal reviews and client presentations.
