Summary

\xe2\x97\x8f Collaborate and visualize the art across the product along with the Art Director for various art assets \xe2\x80\x93 ranging from quick sketches to the final output.
\xe2\x97\x8f Strong understanding of art fundamentals for both 2D environments and characters.
\xe2\x97\x8f Drive the creatives and collaborate with animators, designers & engineering to deliver global industry standard assets.
\xe2\x97\x8f Create strong compositions and understanding of color theory & design.
\xe2\x97\x8f General understanding of other creative disciplines \xe2\x80\x93 UI/UX, Visual Design
\xe2\x97\x8f Observing and maintaining the existing style of games/projects.
\xe2\x97\x8f Ability to work in a collaborative, iterative, team-based work environment.

What You\'ll Do

• 8-10 years of overall experience.
• A high-quality portfolio of relevant industry/personal work.
• Strong communication skills and ability to execute aesthetic choices.
• Strong understanding of creatives and their constraints in the video game industry.
• Expert in creating art assets such as characters, background art, UI, text, and graphic art.
• Highly organized, agile and open to visual corrections.
• Strong knowledge of stylization and rendering techniques.
• Expert in art fundamentals such as anatomy, perspective, compositions, and sketching skills.
• Ability to adapt to different art styles.
• Guiding and mentoring junior teammates.
• Excellent knowledge of Adobe Suite \xe2\x80\x93 Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects
• Quick learner, and team player with a proven problem-solving ability.
• Active collaboration in giving feedback, sharing vision, and planning creative deliverables.
• Experience in social/casual/ Slot games is a plus.
• Knowledge of the unity game engine, Maya, or 3D software is a plus.
