Artisanal Bakery CDP

to lead our bakery team in producing high-quality, artisanal breads.

Key Responsibilities:



1.

Bakery Operations:

Oversee daily bakery operations, including production, inventory management, and sanitation.

2.

Team Management:

Lead, train, and mentor bakery staff, promoting a positive and productive work environment.

3.

Quality Control:

Monitor and maintain high standards of quality, presentation, and customer satisfaction.

4.

Inventory Management:

Manage ingredient inventory, minimize waste, and optimize supply chain logistics.

5.

Safety and Sanitation:

Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Requirements:

1.

Experience in artisanal baking - Sourdough bread, Baguettes ,Croissants, Focaccia, Ciabatta, Bagels, Brioche



2. Strong leadership and management skills.

3. Excellent baking skills.

4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

5. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?500,000.00 - ?660,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
