: The Bakery Chef at Just Loaf is responsible for leading the bakery operations across all outlets in India and Qatar. This role combines creativity, technical expertise, and leadership skills to produce high-quality baked goods that align with the company\xe2\x80\x99s brand and customer expectations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Bakery Production: Oversee the daily production of a wide variety of bakery items, including bread, pastries, cakes, and desserts, ensuring consistency in taste and quality. 2. Menu Development: Collaborate with management to create and update bakery menus, introducing new and seasonal items to attract and retain customers. 3. Ingredient Sourcing: Manage relationships with suppliers to source high-quality ingredients while optimizing costs. 4. Recipe Standardization: Develop and maintain standardized recipes and baking procedures to ensure consistent product quality and portion control. 5. Team Management: Lead and motivate bakery staff, including bakers and pastry chefs, through training, scheduling, and performance evaluations. 6. Quality Control: Implement strict quality control measures to maintain freshness, taste, and presentation of bakery items. 7. Food Safety: Ensure strict adherence to food safety and sanitation standards, including cleanliness and hygiene in the bakery. 8. Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage wastage to control costs. 9. Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of bakery equipment, ensuring safe and efficient operations. 10. Customer Experience: Continuously strive to enhance the bakery\xe2\x80\x99s reputation and customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional baked goods and excellent service. Qualifications:

  • Culinary degree or certification in Baking/Pastry Arts.
  • Proven experience as a Bakery Chef or Pastry Chef in a similar capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of baking techniques, pastry arts, and bread making.
  • Creativity and the ability to develop new and innovative bakery items.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and a passion for producing high-quality baked goods.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
Experience: Several years of experience in bakery management and production. Location: The position may require travel between Just Loaf outlets in India. This position is crucial for maintaining the high standards of quality and taste that customers expect from Just Loaf.
