What You'll Need

Experience :

We welcome experienced engineer 4+ years with strong expertise in designing, developing, and deploying machine learning modles.

Your Role in Action

Model Development:

You'll be at the forefront of our AI efforts, designing, training, and optimizing machine learning and deep learning models. You'll work with large datasets, applying your expertise in feature engineering, preprocessing, and validation to build robust and accurate models.

Deployment & Integration:

You won't just build models; you'll get them into the hands of our users. You will deploy models into production using

MLOps

best practices and cloud platforms. You'll also build scalable pipelines for training and serving models and integrate your AI solutions directly into our applications and APIs.

Collaboration & Research:

You will work closely with data engineers to build robust data pipelines. You will also partner with product managers to turn business needs into concrete

AI/ML use cases

. You will also monitor model performance and retrain models as needed.

Must Have Skills

Programming Expertise:

You have strong programming skills in

Python

and are highly proficient with libraries like

NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch

.

Model Deployment:

You have hands-on experience deploying models on cloud platforms such as

AWS SageMaker, GCP , or Azure ML

.

ML Fundamentals:

You have a solid understanding of machine learning fundamentals, including supervised ,unsupervised learning and reinforcement learning and are proficient with version control (

Git

) and

CI/CD

for machine learning.

Data Proficiency:

You have experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
