Position Overview

The Artificial Intelligence (AI) Specialist is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing AI-based solutions to enhance organizational efficiency, automation, and decision-making. The role involves working with machine learning models, data analytics, automation tools, and emerging AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, train, and deploy

machine learning and deep learning models

based on organizational requirements. Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for AI-driven improvements. Build and optimize

AI tools, chatbots, automation scripts, and predictive models

. Collaborate with software and data engineering teams to integrate AI models into applications and workflows. Evaluate and implement

AI/ML algorithms

, frameworks, and tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn, etc. Conduct

research on emerging AI technologies

and provide recommendations for innovation. Ensure AI models follow

ethical, secure, and responsible AI guidelines

. Prepare documentation, technical reports, and model performance summaries. Troubleshoot and improve model accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.

Required Skills

Strong understanding of

AI/ML concepts, algorithms, and model development

. Proficiency in programming languages like

Python, R, or Java

. Experience with AI frameworks such as

TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, OpenCV

. Knowledge of

data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation

. Familiarity with

NLP, computer vision, generative AI

, or large language models (LLMs). Ability to handle datasets and use tools like

SQL, Pandas, NumPy, Power BI

. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills. Good communication and documentation abilities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in

Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related fields

. 1-3 years of experience in AI/ML development (can be adjusted for junior/senior roles). Certifications in AI/ML or related technologies (preferred).

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
