Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and optimize prompt engineering strategies for LLMs (OpenAI, Gemini, etc.)
Build, fine-tune, and deploy custom AI/ML models for business use cases
Develop document data extraction, classification, and NLP pipelines for structured and unstructured data
Work with speech technologies including Text-to-Speech (TTS), Speech-to-Text (STT), and voice cloning tools (ElevenLabs, Azure Cognitive Services)
Design and develop AI-driven APIs using FastAPI, Flask, and REST architectures
Handle large prompts and design scalable systems for efficient LLM processing
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into production systems
Use Python for model integration, deployment, and API development
Required Skills & Qualifications
3+ years of experience in AI/ML development
Strong proficiency in Python and API frameworks (FastAPI, Flask)
Hands-on experience with OpenAI, Gemini LLMs, and prompt engineering
Experience with embeddings, response formatting, and vector databases
Solid understanding of document processing, classification, and NLP workflows
Experience with speech technologies (TTS, STT, voice cloning)
Experience with AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work with large datasets and scalable AI architectures
