Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and technically skilled

Artificial Intelligence (AI) Specialist

to drive digital transformation in our jewellery business. The ideal candidate will use AI and machine learning to enhance product design, improve customer personalization, forecast demand, and optimize operations across the jewellery value chain -- from design to sales.

Key Responsibilities

Develop AI-driven solutions

to support jewellery design, material selection, and trend forecasting. Use

computer vision

and

image recognition

to classify gemstones, identify jewelry styles, and ensure product quality and authenticity. Create

personalized recommendation systems

for customers (e.g., suggesting jewellery based on preferences, browsing behavior, or facial features). Analyze sales data and market trends to

predict demand

and optimize inventory and pricing strategies. Collaborate with designers to integrate

Generative AI

tools (e.g., AI-based CAD design, style generation). Implement

AI chatbots

and

virtual try-on systems

to enhance the customer experience (online and in-store). Work closely with marketing and e-commerce teams to improve targeting, segmentation, and customer engagement through predictive analytics. Ensure ethical and secure use of customer data in compliance with data protection regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in

Computer Science

Artificial Intelligence

Data Science

, or related field. Proven experience developing

machine learning

computer vision

models. Experience with

data analytics
