Job Description

Analyze business processes across IT, Accounts, eCommerce, HR, etc., to identify automation opportunities. Design and implement automation workflows using AI tools (ChatGPT, Power Automate, Zapier, Make, etc.). Build and maintain AI-driven dashboards/reports to track performance improvements. Gather business requirements and convert them into automation solutions. Stay updated on new AI tools and trends to suggest innovative improvements. Document workflows, process enhancements, and ROI outcomes. Support teams in adopting AI tools and ensure smooth change management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, Data Analytics, or related field. 1-2 years of experience in process analysis/automation. Hands-on experience with AI and automation tools (ChatGPT, Power Automate, Zapier, UiPath, etc.). Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills. Basic knowledge of APIs, data flows, and integrations preferred. Experience with Python, Power BI, or Excel automation is a plus.
