We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented
Article Assistant / Accountant
to join our accounting and finance team. This position is ideal for CA students currently pursuing their Articleship or for candidates with a background in accounting and finance. The selected individual will be responsible for supporting day-to-day accounting activities, including bookkeeping, preparing and filing GST, TDS, and income tax returns, and assisting with audits--statutory, internal, and tax-related.
The candidate should have a good understanding of accounting principles and Indian tax laws, along with hands-on experience using accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, or Zoho Books. Proficiency in MS Excel and strong numerical skills are essential. Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team are highly desirable, as the role may involve interaction with clients to gather data and resolve financial queries.
