About Inside Me

P Shivani Bharadwaj runs a recognized trust called Inside Me, which is a unique initiative that aims at skilling, training & developing especially abled students with the ability to create beautiful artworks that could be monetized via different commercial platforms, auctions, and art exhibitions so that the students could realize their earning potential and live a self-sustaining and dignified life.

The projects aim to train specially-abled students aged 8-18 years in the field of arts, along with their ongoing school education and develop their drawing and artwork capabilities to a level where their artwork is fully monetizable. The income thus generated by the sale of artifacts shall be transferred to the individual accounts of the artists thereby ensuring his/her financial self-sustenance.

About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Know your students, spend time, understand their temperament, skills, and strength, and work with them accordingly
2. Conduct art classes as per the prescribed schedule & instructions
3. Conduct art classes with students using diverse types of visual art, including drawing, sculpting, painting, ceramics, and clay modeling
4. Discuss students\' artworks with them to evaluate the meaning and emotions behind the artworks
5. Develop suitable art therapy ideas for students based on their needs, objectives, and preferred forms of artistic expression
6. Supervise art volunteers and interns
7. Maintain detailed records of student\'s progress as well as observations made during art classes as per the organization\'s defined process
8. Carry out additional specific tasks related to enrolled students from time to time and as instructed by the organization\'s management

Requirements:

1. The candidate must be computer & smartphone-savvy so that necessary work reports can be filed at the end of each working day
2. Familiarity with MS Office, Excel, and Internet-based mail is mandatory
3. We need passionate, punctual, and dedicated candidates
