Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and conduct age-appropriate art lessons aligned with the school curriculum Teach various art forms such as drawing, painting, sculpture, craft, and mixed media Encourage creativity, imagination, and individual expression in students Assess and evaluate students' artwork and provide constructive feedback Prepare art materials and maintain the art classroom and supplies Display students' artwork on notice boards, exhibitions, and school events Integrate art activities with school celebrations, annual days, and competitions Maintain records of student progress and participation Ensure safety and cleanliness in the art classroom Collaborate with class teachers and school management when required Stay updated with new art techniques and teaching methods
Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Fine Arts, Visual Arts, or a related field Teaching certification (preferred) Experience teaching art to children (school experience preferred) Strong knowledge of art materials, tools, and techniques Creativity, patience, and enthusiasm for teaching Good communication and classroom management skills
