Art Facilitator

. The principal purpose of teaching art is to boost creative thinking, impart artistic skills to students and make them aware of the social, cultural, political and economic factors that influenced art in different historical periods. For doing this capably, the art teacher requires considerable artistic abilities and knowledge of aesthetics and art history.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the Cambridge IGCSE Art & Design syllabus Guide students in developing portfolios, coursework, and final outcomes Support students in visual research, experimentation, annotation, and critical reflection Assess student work in line with IGCSE assessment objectives and moderation requirements Maintain a safe, well-organised, and inclusive art studio environment Contribute to exhibitions, school events, and cross-curricular activities Uphold safeguarding policies and the school's international ethos

Requirements

Degree in Fine Arts, Visual Arts, or a related field Experience teaching IGCSE Art & Design (preferred) Strong knowledge of a range of art media and techniques Excellent classroom management and communication skills Commitment to creativity, student development, and professional growth

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
