Key Responsibilities:

Conduct creative and engaging art and craft classes for Pre-Primary to Grade 5 students Teach basic art concepts including colors, shapes, patterns, textures, and simple drawing techniques Use materials such as crayons, paints, clay, paper, and recycled items to conduct hands-on activities Encourage creativity and expression through storytelling and thematic art projects Support classroom teachers during special days, festivals, and school decoration work Display student artwork regularly in classrooms and school corridors Organize and coordinate art exhibitions, competitions, and celebrations Maintain the art room and manage art supplies effectively Observe and record student participation and skill development

Qualifications & Skills:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts / Visual Arts / Early Childhood Art Education Prior experience teaching young children in a school setting is preferred Excellent communication and patience to handle young learners Creative, enthusiastic, and hands-on approach to teaching Ability to plan engaging, age-appropriate art activities Basic knowledge of child development and age-wise learning patterns

Desirable Traits:

Ability to work collaboratively with the primary teachers and event coordinators Understanding of early childhood learning environments Familiarity with art-based learning methods like play-way and theme-based teaching
