Key Responsibilities:
Plan and conduct age-appropriate
Art & Craft lessons for Grades 1-8
Teach various art forms such as drawing, painting, collage, clay modeling, and craft work
Integrate art with curriculum themes and school activities
Prepare students for
art competitions, exhibitions, and school events
Assess student work and provide constructive feedback
Maintain art materials, displays, and classroom discipline
Encourage creativity, imagination, and self-expression among students
Required Skills:
Strong artistic and creative skills
Ability to handle students across multiple age groups
Good classroom management and organizational skills
Effective communication and demonstration skills
Patience, enthusiasm, and passion for teaching art
Ability to motivate and encourage student creativity
