Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and creative Art Teacher to inspire students, develop artistic skills, and foster a lifelong appreciation for art within a supportive and dynamic learning environment, aligning with school-wide educational goals.

Key Responsibilities

Curriculum & Instruction:

Plan and deliver engaging lessons in drawing, painting, sculpture, digital art, and art history, catering to diverse learning styles and abilities.

Skill Development:

Teach fundamental concepts (color theory, composition) and techniques, demonstrating proper use of tools and equipment safely.

Creativity & Self-Expression:

Encourage individual artistic expression, innovation, and critical thinking through various mediums.

Assessment:

Evaluate student projects, provide constructive feedback, and monitor progress.

Classroom Management:

Maintain a clean, organized, safe art studio and manage art supply inventory efficiently.

Exhibitions & Displays:

Organize and present student art for school displays and external exhibitions.

School Integration:

Contribute to school beautification, decorate for functions, and prepare students for cultural events.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Art Education, or related field. Excellent command over English language. Proven ability to teach diverse art forms and foster creativity.

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
