Festivals from India is hiring for their client ART Mumbai a dedicate Programmes Associate to support the planning, coordination, and execution of diverse programming at the Fair. This includes panel discussions, off-site VIP events, guided walks, and performances. The role involves managing programme calendars, liaising with panelists, collaborators, vendors, and internal teams, coordinating logistics, and ensuring effective communication with participants to deliver seamless, well-organized, and engaging experiences throughout the event.

• The vetting process for this role comprises 2-3 rounds of interviews and may be followed by a brief assignment.

• Festivals from India is hiring for this role on behalf of Art Mumbai.

• This is an on-site, project based position based in Mumbai.

• Salary band for this role is available upon request.

Requirements

• Prior work experience of 2-3 years in events or arts administration preferred.

• Digitally proficient, strong organization and communication skills.

• Confident in high pressure & fast paced environments, comfortable with extended work hours.

• Familiarity with the art world or South Asian cultural events is a plus.

• Fluent in English and Hindi.

Immediate start until 30 November, with potential for a full-time role and package review post-fair.
