Position Title: Art & Flower Shop Sales Associate

Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, creative, and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our Art & Flower Shop. The ideal candidate will assist customers with selecting flowers, art pieces, and gift items while providing excellent service and maintaining an attractive store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers and provide warm, helpful assistance Recommend and sell floral arrangements, art items, and gift products Prepare and arrange fresh flowers and simple bouquets when required Handle billing, payments, and cash/UPI/ transactions accurately Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the store Arrange displays and restock products as needed Take customer orders for special occasions (birthdays, weddings, events, etc.) Answer customer queries in person and over phone/WhatsApp Support inventory tracking and basic record keeping
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Good communication and interpersonal skills Interest in art, flowers, and design is a plus Basic computer or POS billing knowledge preferred Ability to work on weekends and holidays Creative eye for presentation and color combination Honest, punctual, and reliable
Experience:

1+ year in retail, sales, or customer service preferred (Freshers can apply)
