Festivals from India is hiring an Art Educator for a leading museum in Delhi. We are seeking candidates with 4-6 years of experience and a BFA/MFA background, who possess strong communication skills and the ability to engage diverse audiences. The role involves designing and conducting art workshops for participants of all age groups as part of the museum's outreach initiatives, with sessions held across various RWAs in Delhi NCR, primarily on weekends. This is a full-time position with working days from Wednesday to Sunday and weekly offs on Monday and Tuesday and requires travel to Gurugram, Noida and Faridabad as well as Delhi NCR.
Please note:

• The vetting process for this role comprises 2-3 rounds of interviews and may be followed by a brief assignment.

• This is an on-site, full-time position based in Delhi NCR.

• Salary band for this role is available upon request.

Requirements

• 4 to 6 years of experience along with a BFA and MFA background.

• Conduct engaging art workshops for children across various age groups

• Instruct students in diverse drawing, painting, and coloring techniques Lead informative and interactive museum walkthroughs

• Develop creative, playful, and critical pedagogical methods

• Design and prepare lesson plans tailored to each workshop

• Organize and manage art-related events and activities
