Key Responsibilities

Creative Strategy & Conceptualization

Brainstorm and develop original video concepts aligned with brand goals and campaign themes Lead visual storytelling direction across formats, explainer videos, reels, promos, product demos, etc. Collaborate with the content and voiceover team to shape narrative structure, tone, and visual flow

Scriptwriting & Ideation

Write and review scripts that translate technical features into compelling stories Maintain a strong grip on structure, clarity, and emotional engagement

Creative Direction & Visual Identity

Define the artistic vision, moodboards, and visual styling for video projects Guide mood, color palettes, motion graphics, and animation consistency across content

Execution & Production Oversight

Coordinate with video editors, animators, voice artists, and prompt engineers Oversee each stage of video production - from raw asset generation to AI voice sync and final rendering Ensure creative quality, timing, and execution match desired standards

Innovation & Story-First Approach

Experiment with generative AI tools (e.g., Runway, D-ID, Kaiber, DALLE, Pika) Stay updated with content trends, formats, and viral video dynamics Push boundaries of AI + human creativity to set new benchmarks in storytelling

Skills & Requirements

3-6 years of experience in creative direction, film/video production, or storytelling Proven portfolio of videos, campaigns, or short films that demonstrate visual and narrative impact Strong command over scriptwriting, mood setting, visual storytelling, and pacing Good understanding of post-production, AI-generated content, and sync workflows Excellent communication and leadership skills to coordinate with cross-functional creative teams A self-starter mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Bonus if you have:

Experience working in fast-paced startups or with creative AI tools Skills in motion design, visual effects, or creative prompting Background in filmmaking, creative writing, or media arts
