Job Description

:
Art direction, design and maintenance of the look and feel of the magazine under supervision of Creative Director / Editor and carry forward the design sensibility for Digital medium
Adherence to international style sheet in layouts, picture selection and editing
Design of new sections with application of new fonts for Print and Digital both
Short listing of cover visuals
Collateral design for events under Brand Solution
Working on Videos, AV's, Dynamic and static Digital creatives, custom shoots and people shoots depending on client's requirement under Brand Solution
Must have experience and knowledge about photo shoots and styling products
Recruitment of team members
Managing and training junior team members performance and progress
Keeping tab of deadlines and teaming with Editorial teams for weekly updates
Conceptualizing of Advertorial & Innovations
Must be technology savvy with digital and social media to come up with creative design solutions
