Urgent hiring for Art Director || Mumbai

Job Purpose To lead and elevate 3D design direction across event environments, exhibitions, and spatial branding by translating strategy and creative concepts into experiential spaces that align with brand narratives and business objectives. Key Responsibilities / Accountability 1. 3D Creative Strategy & Conceptualization o Lead ideation and development of 3D design strategies that blend creativity with client objectives, brand identity, and audience experience. o Translate briefs into compelling spatial storytelling concepts that drive engagement. 2. Project-Based Design Leadership o Own the creative development of spatial and environmental design projects from concept to execution. o Ensure innovation, functional feasibility, and brand consistency across all deliverables. 3. Design Team Oversight & Mentorship o Guide and mentor a team of 3D designers and visualizers. o Review creative outputs, provide constructive feedback, and nurture design excellence. 4. Cross-Functional Collaboration o Work closely with Business, Client Servicing, Content, and Operations teams to co-create pitch-winning and executable spatial concepts. 5. Execution Alignment & Vendor Coordination o Align creative vision with fabrication and production realities. o Coordinate with vendors, fabricators, and production teams to ensure design intent, feasibility, and quality standards are maintained. 6. Trend Forecasting & Innovation o Stay ahead of global design trends, emerging materials, and technologies in event and experience design. o Integrate innovative approaches into creative proposals and project executions. 7. Pitch Support & Client Presentation o Lead design discussions and client presentations during pitches and planning phases. o Clearly articulate creative vision, rationale, and execution approach to clients and internal stakeholders. Desired Skills & Qualifications o Bachelor's/Master's degree in Design, Architecture, Fine Arts, or a related field. o 8+ years of experience in 3D design, spatial design, or experiential marketing (agency experience preferred). o Strong proficiency in 3ds Max, Cinema 4D, SketchUp, V-Ray, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other relevant tools. o Excellent understanding of materials, fabrication techniques, and production processes. o Strong presentation, visualization, and communication skills. o Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹170,000.00 per month
