Role Overview
We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Art Director who can lead the visual direction of digital campaigns, brand identities, and content. You will work closely with designers, video editors, creative strategists, and copywriters to bring bold ideas to life with strong aesthetics and visual consistency.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the visual direction for brand campaigns, photoshoots, social content, and digital ads
Guide and mentor the design and editing team to maintain premium visual standards
Translate creative concepts and briefs into strong visual narratives (Reels, Carousels, Ads, Web Visuals, etc.)
Create and oversee brand style guides, color palettes, typography, and layouts
Set the visual mood and storyboard direction for videos, ads, and campaigns
Collaborate with creative strategists to convert ideas into visually powerful executions
Review and approve final output -- ensuring quality, attention to detail, and brand alignment
Stay updated with global design trends and platform aesthetics (Instagram, YouTube, Meta Ads, etc.)
Work closely with photographers, editors, and designers during shoots and post-production
Requirements
3-6 years of experience in design/art direction (digital agency preferred)
Expert-level knowledge of Adobe Suite / Figma / Canva (supervision level, not just execution)
Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, composition, and brand identity
Ability to lead a creative team and give clear visual direction
Strong portfolio showcasing social media, ad campaigns, and brand visuals
Great eye for detail, trends, aesthetics -- and a passion for visual storytelling
Bonus Skills (Good to Have)
Experience in motion graphics / storyboarding
Understanding of marketing communication and ad psychology
Knowledge of UI/UX basics
Experience directing brand shoots
