:

As an Art Director, you will be responsible for leading our creative team in developing visual concepts and designs that align with our clients' brand identities and objectives. You will collaborate closely with our clients and internal teams to ensure that our creative solutions are not only visually stunning but also strategically sound.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop creative concepts and designs for advertising campaigns across various channels, including print, digital, and social media. Lead brainstorming sessions and collaborate with copywriters, designers, and other team members to develop innovative ideas. Present concepts and designs to clients and internal stakeholders, and incorporate feedback to refine the final product. Oversee the execution of creative projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, and incorporate them into our creative processes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field. Proven experience as an Art Director or in a similar creative role within an advertising agency. Strong portfolio showcasing your creative work, including campaigns across various channels. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate and defend creative choices.
