Art Directors are visual design leads, focused on leading commerce design projects for global clients (Americas, EMEA, APAC). It is a hands-on manager role, based out of Bangalore, India.

• We are looking for T shaped individuals with proven demonstratable experience in Commerce and Service Design
• Experience across eCommerce responsive design in connected commerce space. across B2C and Enterprise.
• Formal design education & portfolio is a must along with 6+ years of \'relevant\' experience

As an Art Director, you will partner with cross-functional team members to create inspiring design concepts and provide impactful visual design solutions, executing from conception to launch. We are looking for someone who can design for any device and platform, is excited to co-innovate and can shift from high-level visual concepts to detail-oriented design execution. Strong work ethic and ability to effectively manage multiple projects/tasks of varying complexities

Desired Skills & Experience

• Strong conceptual thinking with the ability to create awe-inspiring designs and prototypes.
• Ability to develop cohesive visual languages and design systems to execute at scales effectively
• Deep practical experience in leading design activities across concepting, design systems, design and prototyping
• Great attitude and communication skills to effectively present designs, prototypes, experience visions and other deliverables to stakeholders

Project responsibilities * Play an active role in new business pitches both locally, and globally working along with Studio Leadership. Participate in presentations that merge storytelling with genuine business insights to articulate and sell ideas.

• Ability to design world-class eCommerce design solutions and present those to the clients
• Collaborate with global clients and cross-functional teams on projects as an experience design authority (visual design), delivering delightful awe-inspiring experiences.

Leadership responsibilities * Hands-on with a strong work ethic and ability to effectively manage multiple projects of varying complexities

• Champion our agency, helping recruit the first generation of great creative talent to join the team.

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and proven leadership and client presentation skills
• Possess a bachelor\'s degree in design (mandatory)
• Minimum of 9+ years of relevant design experience preferably in agency and consultancy environment
• Design portfolio with experience across ecommerce responsive design is a must.
• Willingness to stretch beyond the India time & work with various time zone across Americas, EMEA, APAC
• Experience to design for ecommerce platform like SFCC commerce cloud or Adobe Magento will be preferred.

Additional Information

• Experience with FIGMA, Adobe XD, Adobe Creative Cloud, new media technologies
• Knowledge of designing for ecommerce platforms including, but not limited to Salesforce Commerce Cloud, SAP Hybris, Adobe Magento
