Job Description

We are looking for an inventive Art Director to manage design tasks across different branding projects in a Design studio. The selected candidate should possess great designer skills, leadership and be able to frame brand strategies into visual story telling. The following are tasked with supervising the design teams, multitasking on various campaigns, and ensuring quality work. Knowledge and experience in branding, advertising, and Publication will be crucial.

Roles and Responsibilities

Brand Strategy Execution:

Collaborate with strategists to transform brand identity into impactful visual storytelling.

Creative direction

: Develop visual style and concepts for branding for projects, as well as lead them to deliver against client objectives

Design Oversight:

Maintain quality and consistency across all deliverables, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.

Team leadership

: Lead and coach designers to the highest standards of creativity and overall cohesion in the deliverables.

Client collaboration

: Work with the clients to determine their vision and translate it into powerful visual storytelling.

Project management

: Manage a variety of campaigns, timelines, and budgets at high standards.

Quality Control

: Consistency in branding and design across all platforms and mediums.

Innovation

: Stay updated on design trends and technologies to deliver fresh, cutting-edge concepts.
