We're looking for a seasoned Art Director to lead a multidisciplinary creative team in building award-winning digital learning experiences for global clients. This is a full-time, in-office role based in our Noida, India office.

What You'll Do
Creative Leadership
Drive end-to-end creative strategy for eLearning, simulations, videos, and immersive media.
Lead ideation, pitch-winning visual concepts, and high-impact storytelling.
Ensure design excellence, brand alignment, accessibility, and responsiveness across all deliverables.
AI-Driven Innovation
Leverage platforms like Midjourney, Runway ML, Synthesia, and Colossyan to scale creativity and productivity.
Stay ahead of trends in AR/VR, AI voice, and character animation--and integrate them into our solutions.
Upskill and mentor the team in next-gen design and AI workflows.
Client & Project Ownership
Collaborate with global clients, interpreting their vision across geographies and industries.
Translate requirements into feasible, scalable creative solutions.
Oversee resourcing, timelines, and budgets--while maintaining creative integrity.
Team Development
Coach and inspire a talented team of designers, animators, and producers.
Cultivate a collaborative, accountable, and innovation-driven culture.
What You Bring
Bachelor's or Master's in Fine Arts, Design, or related field.
12+ years in a creative leadership role--preferably in eLearning, digital agencies, or media.
Global portfolio with standout work across media and platforms.
Mastery of tools including:
Rapid authoring: Articulate 360, Rise, Captivate, Lectora
Video/animation: After Effects, Premiere Pro, Character Animator, DaVinci Resolve
Design/collab: Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Miro, Canva
AI platforms: Midjourney, Runway ML, Synthesia, Colossyan, Pika Labs
