EXPERIENCE Duties you\'ll be entrusted with: Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and develop innovative and visually impactful concepts for marketing campaigns. Translate marketing objectives into creative strategies and concepts. Lead the artistic direction of projects, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and marketing goals. Oversee the development of visual elements, including graphics, images, and other design assets. Create and design various materials, including but not limited to print and digital advertisements, social media content, websites, email campaigns, and branding collateral. Ensure that the design aligns with the overall brand image and messaging. Work closely with copywriters, designers, and other team members to ensure seamless integration of visual and written elements. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment. Present creative concepts and designs to clients, incorporating feedback and making revisions as necessary. Understand and address client expectations, ensuring client satisfaction with the final creative deliverables. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the team.
