Job Description

The Art Director at Aagey Se Right shapes how brands come to life visually across identity, systems, and execution. This role requires a strong understanding of brand fundamentals, the ability to interpret strategic thinking, and the skill to build clear, coherent visual worlds. You will guide design teams, collaborate closely with strategy, contribute in workshops, and ensure that all brand expressions are intentional, consistent, and rooted in clarity.

What You'll Do

Brand Building

Lead the creation of brand identities and visual worlds grounded in strategic clarity. Translate brand positioning into well-defined visual directions and design languages.
Systems and Guidelines

Develop and oversee brand manuals, identity systems, and visual guidelines with a strong understanding of hierarchy and structure. Maintain coherence and consistency across all brand touchpoints.
Team Leadership

Guide the design team through concepting, exploration, refinement, and delivery. Review, refine, and elevate design outputs with a high standard of craft.
Workshops and Collaboration

Represent the design perspective in workshops and client sessions. Work closely with strategy and creative teams to build unified and culturally aware brand expressions.
Execution Across Touchpoints

Extend identity systems into packaging, print, digital, spatial, and other brand experiences. Manage workflows, timelines, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution.

What You'll Bring

5-6 years of experience in a branding or design studio with a portfolio showcasing identity systems and multi-touchpoint applications. Strong understanding of brand fundamentals and the ability to interpret strategic thinking into design clarity. Clear visual judgement and the ability to articulate design decisions confidently. Deep knowledge of brand hierarchy, typography, layout, and system thinking. Ability to mentor and lead design teams within a collaborative environment. Comfort participating in workshops and representing the design point of view. High attention to detail and commitment to craft.

Pay: Up to ₹150,000.00 per month
