JOB DESCRIPTION ROLE: - STYLIST LEAD/ ART DIRECTOR DESIGNATION: - MANAGER/ SENIOR MANAGER Role Summary To work in collaboration with the Content head/ Studio Manager/photographers for producing creative imagery/content/visual language for the brand to be used across the different channels . Summary of Role Responsibilities Developing overall visual style (imagery) for the OU which articulates the brand\'s signature Prepare and set shoot guidelines across categories. Create styling reference/look boards/props keeping in mind the TAT/shoot timelines well in advance Complete control/co-ordination of all products that come in for shoots and their scheduling across multiple studios. Direct/ Oversee/ work closely with the Photographer/stylist/studio manager for catalogue/website shoots within set guidelines. Quality check of the images shot across studios before being forwarded to the content team Develop full knowledge of the product range/planograms for better planning and output. Monitoring costs and working within budgets regarding art direction. Organizing /maintenance of necessary props across studios Communicate information to stylists/photographers in other outsourced studios to ensure they have as much information as possible to produce the same standards of shoots Key Requirements: Previous, proven home styling/shoot and studio experience Should have handled art direction for large photography projects - visualisation of the defined output language of shoot projects Should possess knowledge on photography angles and details of lighting and its impact Understanding of current trends and how these relate to our customers Experience working within a fast-paced studio environment and strict deadlines Confident in meeting daily targets and handling a high volume of products General knowledge of catalogue photography and styling A perfectionist with exceptional attention to detail Adaptable and responsive to rapid change Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and work under pressure Good understanding of photographic studio practices Proactive, with a willingness to go the extra mile Ability to think on his/her feet and be proactive Good interpersonal skills and a team player
