Office Location: Position description: Description Primary Responsibilities:
- A deep knowledge of child-centred pedagogy and a passionate belief in children learning through play and environment.
- Employing a variety of educational techniques (storytelling, educational play, media etc.) to teach children
- Working on the school teaching and learning plans for the early childhood
- Observing each child to help them improve their social competencies and build self-esteem.
- Guide children to develop their artistic and practical capabilities through a carefully constructed curriculum (identify shapes, numbers or colors, do crafts etc.)
- Track children\xe2\x80\x99s progress and report to parents
- Communicate with parents regularly to understand the children\xe2\x80\x99s background and psyche
- Collaborate with other educators
- Appropriate degree and teaching qualification.
- ECCD is mandatory
Required Competencies:
Required Skills:
- Excellent classroom management and organizational skills
- Experience teaching in ICSE/IGCSE or international setting is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of and experience with incorporating technology into teaching
- Enthusiasm and creativity with a passion for teaching and learning
- Excellent communication skills with colleagues and parents
