Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging art and craft lessons in accordance with the school curriculum and age group. Teach various techniques in drawing, painting, paper craft, sculpture, collage, and other craft forms. Foster creativity and self-expression among students while maintaining a structured classroom environment. Organize and display student artwork in school exhibitions, festivals, and competitions. Maintain art supplies and ensure proper use and care of materials and equipment. Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback. Encourage students' interest in the arts and identify potential talent for further development. Collaborate with other teachers and departments for integrated art projects or school events. Promote awareness of cultural and historical art traditions and diversity through lessons. Ensure safety and cleanliness in the art room at all times.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts / Visual Arts / Art Education or related field (Diploma holders with strong experience may be considered). Prior experience in teaching art and craft to school-age children (preferred). Strong skills in a variety of art techniques and materials. Excellent communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills. Creative, patient, and enthusiastic personality with a passion for arts education.
