ART&CRAFT TEACHER

As an Arts and Crafts Teacher, you play a pivotal role in shaping the creative and expressive capabilities of your students, fostering a love for the visual arts that can last a lifetime. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about art and who possess the skills to teach and inspire others.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and art projects Teach students various arts and crafts techniques and principles Provide individual and group instruction to foster artistic skills Encourage creativity and self-expression through art activities Evaluate and assess students' progress and provide constructive feedback Organize and prepare materials and supplies for classroom and projects Maintain a safe and organized classroom environment Plan and coordinate art displays and exhibitions Promote an appreciation for diverse art forms and cultural traditions Collaborate with other teachers and staff on interdisciplinary projects Continuously research and integrate new art techniques and tools Manage classroom behavior and enforce school policies Participate in professional development opportunities

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Art Education, or a related field Experience teaching arts and crafts in a classroom or community setting Proficiency in a variety of artistic mediums and techniques Strong organizational and classroom management skills Ability to inspire and engage students of all ages and abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of art history and different cultural art traditions Familiarity with digital art tools and technology Experience in organizing art exhibitions or related events

Salary

: 16K-18K
