Job Description

We are looking for a creative and passionate Art & Craft Teacher to join our school. The teacher will be responsible for planning and conducting engaging art and craft classes for students, encouraging creativity, and helping students develop artistic skills in a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver structured art and craft lessons for students of different age groups.

Teach drawing, coloring, painting, model-making, paper craft, clay work, and other creative activities.

Prepare lesson plans that meet curriculum standards and enhance students' creativity.

Organize and display students' artwork in classrooms and on school boards.

Guide students during projects and help them explore various materials and techniques.

Maintain a safe and clean art room with proper management of materials and tools.

Evaluate and record students' progress and provide feedback.

Assist in organizing school exhibitions, competitions, cultural events, and decoration work.

Encourage students to participate in art activities and competitions.

Ensure discipline, safety, and positivity during classes.

Skills & Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts/Visual Arts or a related field (preferred).

Prior teaching experience in a school is a plus.

Strong drawing, painting, craft-making, and creative skills.

Ability to handle young children with patience.

Good communication and classroom management skills.

Creative, energetic, and passionate about art education.

Work Schedule

Full-time, Monday to Saturday (as per school timings).

Must be available for the school events.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
