Art Assistant

for

Grades Nursery to II

. The selected candidate will support the Art Teacher in nurturing creativity and self-expression among young learners in a safe and engaging environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the Art Teacher in conducting art and craft sessions for Nursery to Grade II. Help in preparing, arranging, and maintaining art materials and classroom setups. Support students during activities such as drawing, coloring, painting, cutting, and pasting. Encourage creativity, imagination, and confidence among children. Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper use of art tools and materials. Assist in organizing displays, exhibitions, and school events related to art activities. Supervise students during art periods and ensure discipline with a caring approach. Provide support during inter-disciplinary and co-curricular activities as required.

Eligibility & Qualifications

Minimum qualification: 12th / Graduate (Diploma or certification in Art will be an added advantage). Prior experience working with young children will be preferred. Basic knowledge of art and craft techniques suitable for early learners.

Skills & Competencies

Creative mindset with a love for art and craft. Patience, warmth, and a child-friendly attitude. Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and staff. Good organizational and classroom support skills.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
